Cancellation Policy

All services and programs are offered by registration or scheduled appointment and are subject to availability. Enrollment in classes, workshops, or support services is confirmed once payment or ESA approval has been received. Class sizes and session availability are limited to ensure quality instruction and individualized attention. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to program-specific guidelines. Missed sessions may not be refunded or rescheduled unless otherwise stated. Families are expected to adhere to drop-off and pick-up times, program expectations, and communication guidelines to help maintain a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment for all participants. Additional details or program-specific policies will be provided upon registration or request.
